3. Avoid direct sun: The ones who are conscious about their skin and beauty know it better than direct sun rays are not good for our skin. The sun’s rays contain different harmful materials which help to grow acne and things like that on our face.

4. Hydrate your skin: It’s not only good to keep your stomach hydrated but also it’s similarly important to keep your face skin hydrated day to night. For this, you can splash water over your face on a regular basis. Those who pray five times, while taking ablution, this happens automatically for them. So praying five times will keep your skin hydrated as well.

5. Try not to touch your face: In our daily life, we need to work and mix with different people. And for these things, sometimes we use our hands for different purposes. Thereby, our hands might get dirt and germs. So it is better to touch our face skin with hands after proper cleaning.

6. Exfoliate your face multiple times per week: To avoid looking your skin sullen, you should grow the habit of exfoliating your skin regularly. If you can not, just do it weekly. Not only your face, but your body also needs exfoliation as well.

7. Maintain your sleep schedule: A sound and deep sleep also help to get back your skin glow. So if you are careful about your face and skin, then you should not wake late at night. This creates dark circles below your eyelashes.

8. Keep your bed clean: Don’t get surprised. Yeah, your face will remain clean when your bed is also clean. If your pillowcase is not properly cleaned, then your face can also get dirt from there.
